About the Role:
In this role, you will collaborate with experienced consultants and contribute to impactful client projects that focus exclusively on business growth. As analyst you will play a key role in supporting our consulting teams and clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different industries and develop core consulting skills that will set you up for a successful career in management consulting or line management roles. In addition, you will work with leading Private Equity firms who have a growth-minded investment focus.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with senior consultants, managers, and partners to develop strategies and solutions that create long-term impact for clients
- Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights that drive impactful recommendations, build Excel models + run data analyses (KPIs, funnel, pricing, business cases)
- Build AI-driven marketing & sales automation (workflows, CRM enablement, productivity)
- Market research: Conduct in-depth research on industries, competitors, and market trends to support case teams
- Problem-solving: Work with your team to break down complex problems, develop hypotheses, and propose actionable solutions
- Develop our knowledge stack (templates, playbooks, reusable assets)

- … have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
